Core to the organizational strategy is an entrepreneurial management team that can work both strategically and tactically. You will be a key member of the team. As a pivotal member of our team, your core duty will revolve around crafting essential marketing materials tailored for our team and Independent Marketing Organization (IMO) partners.

 

Purpose:

As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, your primary role is to strengthen our brand presence by creating visually engaging materials, presentations and campaigns that spotlight our company, products and programs. You'll collaborate closely with teams across the organization, including executive leadership, sales, and marketing to ensure that all marketing initiatives are cohesive, impactful, and aligned with our strategic goals.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce creative content for product collateral, sales materials, presentations, and digital campaigns.
  • Develop and refine branded content, ensuring design consistency across print, digital, and social media platforms. 
  • Manage updates and revisions for product collateral and web content, maintaining both visual quality and accuracy.
  • Lead the creative development of digital marketing campaigns, including content development and graphics for email and web.
  • Design and coordinate materials for conferences, trade shows, and events.
  • Partner with internal teams to create visually compelling presentations for Sales Executive leadership.
  • Design, schedule, and manage social media campaigns, ensuring engaging and on-brand content.
  • Act as a resource for a Contact Management system by creating and deploying visually consistent communications.
  • Contribute design expertise to support value-added programs and initiatives offered by the company.
  • Assist with general marketing efforts, such as internal or external conferences and events.
  • Willingness to assist with the general related needs of the organization.

 

Other Considerations:

  • This is an in-office position based in West Palm Beach, FL.
  • Requires a willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package offered.
  • Salary commensurate with experience.
  • Eligibility for bonus which is at complete discretion of the company includes 10% of annual salary.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design with additional marketing/copywriting experience; financial services industry background is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent) and Microsoft Office. Proficient in web design tools.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative visual concepts that resonate with target audiences.
  • Desire to learn about fixed annuity products and the broader annuity market.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships across teams.
